A world where working women and working mums feel seen, supported, and inspired to define success on their own terms — with leadership that feels real, not perfect
Mission
At Attainable You, we empower working women and working mums by sharing real stories — including my own — to normalize the imperfect, non-linear journey of career and leadership growth.
We’re here to:
Redefine what success looks like for women today
Create space for honest conversations about ambition, motherhood, leadership, and everything in between
Highlight diverse role models and relatable stories to broaden women’s professional imagination
Share practical tools, resources, and reflections that support women at every stage of their careers
Build a community of connection, encouragement, and collective action
Through my own experiences and the voices of others, Attainable You invites women to rise, lead, and live fully — not perfectly — but powerfully and authentically.
Why Attainable You?
A space created for working women and working mums who are building careers, leading teams, raising families, and navigating it all in real life — not the highlight reel.
This platform was born from my own journey — one full of ambition, doubt, detours, and growth. It’s not perfect, and that’s the point. Because success shouldn’t be defined by unrealistic standards, filtered images, or silent struggles.
Here, we share real stories (including mine), practical resources, and honest conversations about leadership, balance, burnout, ambition, motherhood — and everything in between.
Whether you're just starting out, mid-career, returning from maternity leave, or leading at the highest level — you belong here.
Meet the Founder
Hi I’m Rebecca a mum of three, wife and founder of Attainable You. Since starting out my career in accountancy, I have had two major career transitions into Consultancy and Product Development in the Financial Services industry. Whilst working in Consultancy, I remember looking at the firm’s leaders and being disappointed by the lack of women at the top as well as the lack of flexibility.
Since then, I have been passionate about understanding the reasons for a lack of gender diversity in management positions in the corporate world.
Having worked across a number of industries in the past 13 years, I have been fascinated learning about what makes a great leader and eager to share my own real-life experiences on my career journey. I am an active member of an array of women’s networks and believe in bringing women together to have a positive impact, standing on the shoulders of the women that came before us, who fought for rights many of us enjoy today.
I believe that change is most impactful when reaching the broadest audience, not just executives or those at the top of an organisation i.e. driving change from the bottom up and focusing on those earlier in their careers.
I am a qualified accountant with a bachelors degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Warwick and a masters degree in Economics from the University of Bristol.
In my ‘spare’ time I love spas, travelling and good food!
